2012  Northwest PA 9th Grade Club Team League Rules :

            1.  All PIAA rules are in effect with the following exceptions :

                        - Pitchers can throw no more than 3 innings per day.

                        - 5 runs maximum per inning.  The play stops after the 5th run, unless

                                    the batter hits a home run or book rule double, in which case all runs count.

                        - Teams may bat as many in the batting order as they wish, but batters

                                    must remain in the same spot in the order each game.

            2.  Games will consist of  5  innings, and Game 1 will begin at 1 PM.

                        - The home team is responsible for calling the visiting team and the

                                    umpires by 10:30 AM on game day if the game is postponed

                                    due to weather.

                        - Make-up games and extra games are at the discretion of both coaches.

            3.  Home team will provide two umpires per game and are responsible for

                        paying them.

            4.  Home team will provide 3 new game balls per contest.
